Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
Order Dispatch Time
We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak trading times, dispatch may take a little longer due to the higher volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Shipping Options
1. Standard Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $6.95.
2. Express Shipping
Need your order in a hurry? Opt for express shipping for just $9.95.
3. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia & New Zealand. International shipping isn’t available just yet — but we’re working on it and hope to offer it soon!
4. Click & Collect
Live locally? Click and collect is available at our warehouse.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment and stay updated on its progress via the corresponding transportation company.
Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please refer to the tracking information provided by corresponding transportation company. If your package still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team to follow up.
