1. Customer Purchases & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options offered at checkout.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be verified or if an item is unavailable.

Promotional prices, discounts, or offers are valid for a limited time and may change without prior notice.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days, but during busy periods or special promotions, dispatch times may take slightly longer.

Standard shipping times within Australia are typically 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only; once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing checkout. Little Joy Confectionery is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-delivery fees may apply.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of confectionery products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@sugarlean.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the product has been consumed, tampered with, or not stored according to the product’s instructions.
