Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders, which will be shown at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?

Yes, you can make changes to your orders after it has been confirmed. However, please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. If you
need to modify your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to
ensure we can accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Refunds will be issued to
the payment method used for the original purchase, and we cannot refund to a

I just placed an order. When will I receive my email confirmation?

In most cases, the email confirmation may have been sent to your spam folder, or there could be a typo in the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, email us at orders@sugarlean.com.au with your name and order number. Our team will promptly assist you to ensure you receive all tracking updates.

Return & Refund

How do I make a return?

Please ensure your item/s align with our return requirements. You can then follow the link below to submit your return, based on your country. At this time, we do not offer free returns.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Do you offer product exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for products with issues or packing errors. The original issued item must be returned to our warehouse before we can send a replacement.
If you're unsure about eligibility, please email us with your name, order number, and photos of the issue. We'll assist you as soon as possible.

Why hasn't my return been processed yet?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
If it's not processed within that time, email us at orders@sugarlean.com.au for assistance.

Can I purchase items directly from your warehouse?

Yes, purchases at our warehouse are only accepted with card payments.

What should I do if I have received a faulty item?

We’re sincerely sorry! While we carefully inspect all items before dispatch, sometimes issues can be missed. Please email us images of the faulty item at orders@sugarlean.com.au, and our team will assist you.
